Cookie policy
Last updated:
Here we explain what ofagencia.com stores in your browser when you visit it and how you can control it. The website belongs to WEBYSAM S.L. (OF Agencia); you can find all of its details in the legal notice.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
The key point, up front: we do not use first-party analytics or advertising cookies.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to remember information from one page to the next, or from one visit to the next. There are similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage (localStorage), that also store data on your device. The law (Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, LSSI-CE) treats them in the same way, so here we tell you about everything that is stored, whether it is a cookie or not.
Depending on who sets them, they can be first-party (from the website you are visiting) or third-party (from another company). Depending on what they are for, they can be technical, if they are needed for the website to work or to give you something you have asked for, or non-essential, such as analytics or advertising cookies. Technical cookies do not require your consent; non-essential ones do.
What is stored in your browser
| Name | Who stores it | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
of_lang_hint (local storage) |
OF Agencia | To remember that you closed the language notice or chose another version of the website, so that we do not show it to you again | Until you clear the site data in your browser |
__cf_bm (technical cookie) |
Cloudflare | To tell people apart from bots in order to protect the website | Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity |
| Cloudflare Turnstile cookies (technical) | Cloudflare | To check that whoever submits a form is a person and not a bot | As set by Cloudflare for that check |
| YouTube cookies and other data | To play the video and for the other purposes Google states in its policy. Only if you press play | As set by Google |
Your language preference
If the page you are visiting also exists in your browser’s language, we show you a notice so that you can switch versions. We never change the language without you asking. When you close the notice or choose a version, we save this in your browser’s local storage under the name of_lang_hint, so that we do not show it to you again on every page.
It is a preference you choose yourself: it is not used to track you and it is not sent to our servers. That is why it does not require consent.
Cloudflare security cookies
Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it against attacks, bots and spam. To do so, it may use technical security cookies, such as __cf_bm or the Cloudflare Turnstile cookies (the anti-spam check on the forms), only when they are needed to protect the website. Because they are necessary for the website to work securely, they do not require consent.
YouTube videos
YouTube videos do not load when you open the page: at first you only see a cover image of our own and your browser does not connect to YouTube. When you press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. From that moment on, YouTube (Google) may store cookies and other data in your browser in accordance with its own privacy policy, which we do not control.
If you do not want that to happen, do not play the video.
Why you do not see a cookie banner
What is stored while you browse the website is either technical or chosen by you, and anything from YouTube only arrives if you press play on a video. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner when you arrive.
If at some point we enabled Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, that would not change anything either, because it does not use cookies. And if in the future we added analytics, advertising or other tools that used non-essential cookies, we would ask for your consent first with a banner and update this policy.
How to delete or block cookies
In your browser settings you can view, delete or block cookies and the data that websites store. If you clear the data for ofagencia.com, your language preference (of_lang_hint) is deleted too. Here are the instructions for the most widely used browsers:
If you use a different browser, check its help pages for how to manage cookies and site data. Bear in mind that if you block all cookies, some features of the website may not work properly, such as the anti-spam check when you submit a form.
