The best OnlyFans agencies aren’t the ones that promise the most or sit at the top of a sponsored list. They’re the ones that keep your account and your payouts in your name, put the commission in writing, charge you nothing upfront and let you leave without penalties. Beyond that, what sets them apart is their method, their team and how well they know the market your fans are in.

A disclosure before we go on: OF Agencia is an OnlyFans agency, so we’re an interested party. That’s exactly why you won’t find a ranking here with our name at the top. Instead, you’ll get the criteria we’d use to judge any agency (us included), a scorecard to compare the ones you’re talking to and what changes depending on whether you’re in the US, the UK, Canada or Australia.

Why most “best OnlyFans agencies” lists don’t help

Search for top OnlyFans agencies and you’ll mostly find three kinds of pages:

  • Sponsored listicles. Articles on news or lifestyle sites where agencies pay to appear. They aren’t always labeled as ads.
  • Agency blogs that rank themselves first. An agency’s list of the best agencies is advertising, however neutral it looks.
  • Directories. Some are useful, but check whether they verify what agencies claim or simply publish whatever agencies send them.

Before you trust any OnlyFans agencies list, ask four questions: who wrote it, whether they disclose any commercial relationship, what criteria they used and whether anyone checked the data. If you can’t answer them, the list isn’t telling you much. And there’s no independent, verified ranking of the best OnlyFans agencies in the world, whatever a headline says.

How to spot the best OnlyFans agencies: 10 criteria

These are the criteria that separate a serious agency from one that can cost you time, money or your account:

  1. Transparent commission. It tells you the percentage, what it’s calculated on and what it includes, and gives it to you in writing.
  2. Nothing upfront. No sign-up fee, no mandatory course, no photo shoot you pay for.
  3. Your account and payouts, in your name. The account is verified with your ID and OnlyFans pays you. The agency invoices you for its share.
  4. A clear contract and an easy exit. No long lock-in or penalties, and it spells out what happens to your content and logins when the relationship ends.
  5. A company and a team you can identify. Legal name, country, address and people with names and roles.
  6. Method and metrics. A plan for the first month, regular reports and explanations of why each thing is done.
  7. Results with context. Case studies with a starting point, dates and the creator’s permission, not round numbers or screenshots with no context.
  8. Respect for your limits. Anonymity, blocked countries, type of content and how fans are spoken to: you decide.
  9. Professional, ethical chat in your fans’ language. If your fans are in the US, the UK, Canada or Australia, chat has to read like natural English, with written rules about what can never be promised.
  10. Privacy and a leak plan. Geo-blocking, a stage name and a clear process for when content leaks.

The full list of questions to ask on the first call, and what the contract should say, is in our guide on how to choose the right agency.

A simple scorecard to compare agencies

Give each agency 0, 1 or 2 points per criterion: 0 means no, 1 means partly or only verbally, and 2 means yes, in writing or verified. The first four are pass-or-fail: a 0 on any of them rules the agency out, whatever its total.

Criterion What earns 2 points Score (0–2)
Commission Percentage, base (gross or net) and a sample statement, in writing
Nothing upfront No fees of any kind before you start
Account and payouts Everything stays in your name; OnlyFans pays you
Contract and exit Short or no minimum term, a notice period and no penalties
Company and team A legal entity you can look up and people with names
Method A written first-month plan and regular reports
Results Case studies with context and the creator’s permission
Limits Your limits written into the agreement
Chat Native-level chat in your fans’ language, with written rules
Privacy Geo-blocking, a leak plan and controlled access

A score out of 20 won’t make the decision for you, but it makes it much harder for a slick sales call to cover up a weak offer. And if you’re not sure yet that you need an agency at all, start with the honest math on whether agencies are worth it.

The biggest isn’t always the best

The biggest OnlyFans agencies get the most attention, but size claims (number of creators, revenue generated) are almost always self-reported, and there’s no public data to check them against. More importantly, a big roster doesn’t tell you how much time your account will get. Ask how many accounts each manager handles, who your day-to-day contact will be and how the chat team is organized across time zones.

When you’re looking for the best OnlyFans management agency for you, fit matters more than fame: an agency that already works with accounts like yours, in your fans’ market, at your stage.

Best OnlyFans agencies by country: what changes

Whether you’re comparing OnlyFans agencies in the USA, the UK, Canada or Australia, the criteria above don’t change. What does change is how you check the company, how taxes work and how the money moves. Here’s what to keep in mind in each market (as of October 2026; confirm the details with the official source or a professional).

United States

  • Check the company in the business search of the state where it’s registered, usually run by the Secretary of State. Ask for the exact legal name and the state.
  • Taxes. OnlyFans pays you as an independent contractor, so you’re generally treated as self-employed and may get a Form 1099 from OnlyFans. Ask a tax professional how to handle the agency’s commission on your return.
  • Money. OnlyFans works in US dollars, so there’s no currency conversion between the platform, you and a US agency.

United Kingdom

  • Check the company on Companies House, the free public register of UK companies. If the agency says it’s a UK limited company, its name and number should be there.
  • Taxes. OnlyFans income is generally reported to HMRC through Self Assessment. Ask your accountant how the agency’s invoices fit in.
  • Money. OnlyFans earnings are in US dollars, so what reaches you in pounds depends on your payout method and the exchange rate.

Canada

  • Check the company in the federal corporation search (Corporations Canada) or in the registry of the province where it’s incorporated.
  • Taxes. OnlyFans income is reported to the CRA. Ask an accountant how to account for the agency’s commission and whether any sales tax applies to you.
  • Money. Earnings are in US dollars, so the conversion to Canadian dollars and your bank’s fees affect what you keep.

Australia

  • Check the company on ABN Lookup, the free public register of Australian Business Numbers.
  • Taxes. OnlyFans income is reported to the ATO. Ask a registered tax agent how to treat the agency’s commission and whether GST applies to you.
  • Money. Earnings are in US dollars, so the conversion to Australian dollars and any fees reduce what lands in your account.
  • Time zones. If your agency is in Europe or the US, you’ll be coordinating across a big time difference. That doesn’t matter to your fans if chat is covered 24/7, but agree on fixed times for calls with your manager.

For the tax side in each country, see our guide to OnlyFans taxes in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and for payout methods and timing, how long OnlyFans takes to pay out.

Local agency or remote agency?

Some agencies have an office in your country; others work remotely with creators all over the world. Both can work. Here’s what changes:

  • Meetings. With a local agency you can meet in person; with a remote one, everything happens on video calls and messaging.
  • Local knowledge. A local agency knows your banks and tax rules firsthand; a remote one has to show it understands how you get paid and what you need to report.
  • Your fans’ market. If your fans are mostly in the US, it matters more that the team knows that audience and writes like a native than where its office is.
  • The contract. With an agency abroad, the contract may be governed by that country’s law. Ask which one and how a dispute would be resolved.
  • Time zones. With 24/7 chat, the time difference doesn’t affect your fans; it only matters for coordinating with your manager.

Red flags that rule an agency out

Walk away if an agency asks for money to get started, guarantees income, pressures you to sign, asks for explicit photos or passwords to assess your profile, wants the account in its name or your payouts sent to its bank account, or won’t put anything in writing. Be careful, too, with direct messages from someone claiming to represent a well-known agency: check the contact details on the agency’s official website before you reply.

What about a comparison with names?

If you were looking for a list of OnlyFans agencies with names and scores, you won’t find one here. Comparing specific agencies fairly takes verified data on each one (real commission, contract terms, results that have been checked), and most agencies don’t publish it. As an agency ourselves, we’d also be ranking our own competitors, which is hard to do neutrally. We’d rather give you the criteria so you can compare the agencies in front of you.

Where OF Agencia fits

Since we’re an interested party, here’s how we stack up against the same criteria, so you can score us like any other agency:

  • OF Agencia is an OnlyFans agency based in Málaga, Spain (WEBYSAM S.L.). Since 2023 we’ve worked remotely with creators around the world.
  • No upfront fee and no lock-in contract. We take a percentage of the revenue generated, which depends on your profile and what you bring when you start.
  • Every creator gets a manager who coordinates the team: social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit and YouTube), 24/7 chatting, pricing and sales funnels, content and editing, multi-country accounts, and legal and financial guidance.
  • We reply within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday) and review your profile within 72 hours at most, with a 1:1 video call.
  • We never ask for passwords or explicit photos in the application, and we only work with creators who are 18 or older.
  • On time zones: Spain is one hour ahead of the UK, about six hours ahead of New York and Toronto, about nine hours ahead of Los Angeles and Vancouver, and 8 to 10 hours behind Sydney, depending on the time of year.

You can see who’s behind the agency when you meet the OF Agencia team.
